		<description>As a university student myself, I can comfirm that I will not read a text message from any advertisers UNLESS I have clearly stated that I agree to receive, say, promotions from my favorite companies.&lt;br/&gt;So it could work on a more personal and local level with extreme care. An unwanted text message can make you hate the advertiser, especially in Canada where cellphone service providers now charge you for receiving texts!</description>
