Thanks for a great read. I will certainly start following both of you.

I disagree slightly. It may be different for me, but, in the digital world, there should be no delta between your personal brand, and authentic self. Authenticity helps conserve energy, helps manage my time better, and enables thoughtful participation. It is critical for engagement - the first step in forging a relationship. My 2 cents.

What do you think?

I have some thoughts on Evolution, Darwinism, and Socail Media. Would love for you to check it out :) http://ow.ly/ZMrK

Cheers,
Prince

Everything you say is true. There are so many ways to look at digital, millennials and social media: from the perspective of a consumer and how she uses it to share and connect; from the perspective of an individual and the power it affords him to create an online persona or even a brand; from the perspective of a brand and or marketer and how they need to learn new tools to communicate, engage and build community. I think millennials inherently know how to use this stuff naturally and embed it into their lives. They don't even think about it. What older generations can learn from this is incredible: how to use it themselves, how to understand the power and influence that others with fewer resources now have; how to take advantage of sm and digital to connect with the new community on their terms.
