Carol Phillips is President of consulting firm, Brand Amplitude, LLC and adjunct professor of Marketing at The University of Notre Dame.
Her classroom experience with students stimulated an early interest in Millennials and especially how their unique values and communications preferences are making new demands on marketers. She consults with clients on strategies for engaging Millennials, as well as conducts market research and creates brand strategies on behalf of Brand Amplitude’s clients. These include JC Penney, Blockbuster, Westlake Ace Hardware, Whirlpool, and the YMCA.
The Brand Amplitude team has developed special expertise in understanding Gen Y through qualitative research. Gen Y research clients include Corona, Vogue magazine, University of Notre Dame, Barnes & Noble, and Hanover College, among others.
